电力系统不同形式紧急控制的统一分析

摘    要:随着电力技术的发展,电力系统紧急控制手段变得多样化,不同形式紧急控制之间的优劣引起了人们的关注。基于扩展等面积准则理论,对不同形式的紧急控制进行了分析,揭示了不同形式紧急控制改善系统暂态功角稳定性的机理;推导了不同形式紧急控制下单机无穷大等值机功率差的详细计算公式,提出了不同形式紧急控制事先统一评价指标,根据紧急控制评价指标可以快速确定有效的控制措施。通过简单电力系统和实际大系统仿真,验证了计算方法和评价指标的准确性和有效性。

Abstract:With the development of electric technology, diversify of power system emergency control approaches is becoming remarkably obvious. Their advantages and disadvantages among the approaches have aroused significant concern. On the basis of the extended equal area criterion (EEAC), this paper focuses on the analysis of different power system emergency control approaches, and points out the mechanism how different approaches improve the transient angle stability. Moreover, the evaluation index of emergency control is proposed with quick and effective features in the control approach determined beforehand. The accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed calculation method and evaluation index has been demonstrated through various simulation cases, a simple power system and the actual system.
