摘    要:主动配电网是实现大规模间歇式新能源并网运行控制、电网与充放电设施互动、智能配用电等电网分析与运行关键技术的有效解决方案。文中重点研究了主动配电网的定义及其特征,分析了主动配电网的研究现状及其关键技术,包括:含间歇式可再生能源及储能装置的主动配电网综合规划技术、基于配电网主动机制的分布自治与全局优化相结合的协调控制技术、功率及能量灵活可调的主动配电网全局优化能量管理技术以及主动配电网多目标经济性评估等。

Abstract:The active distribution network(ADN) is an effective approach to solve the problems such as the high-penetration of intermittent renewable energy,interaction between grid and charge-discharge facilities,and also the analysis and operation of smart grid.This paper focuses on the definition of ADN and its characteristics.Based on the analysis of current research status,some ADN key technologies are proposed,including the unified planning for ADN,the coordination control based on both distributed autonomy and global optimization,the advanced distribution management system with flexible approach for power flow management,and also multiple objectives for economic evaluation.
