摘    要:超大规模发输电系统充裕度评估的2个主要困难是潮流计算和切负荷计算.论文基于元件状态持续时间抽样的蒙特卡罗模拟法,采用嵌入BPA潮流软件进行交流潮流计算,解决了充裕度评估中潮流计算受系统规模限制和潮流计算模型适应能力较差的问题.提出了基于区域深度搜索的潮流灵敏度方法计算系统切负荷,解决了超大规模发输电系统充裕度评估中计算速度与计算规模的矛盾.南方电网2005年系统元件数达到1 437个,充裕度评估结果表明文中提出的算法和软件在超大规模系统中的应用是可行的和有效的.

Abstract:The main difficulties in the large-scale composite generation and transmission system adequacy evaluation are the power flow calculation and the load curtailment analysis. Based on Monte-Carlo simulation of duration sampling of the component states, the BPA software is embedded to calculate the power flow so that the scale restriction and the model adaptability of the large-scale power system can be evaluated. The regional power flow sensitivity is presented to calculate the load curtailment. The improved algorithm provides faster execution time without compromising the quality of solutions obtained. The software for bulk power system adequacy evaluation is developed. The South China electric power grid, including 1437 components, is studied based on the 2005's planning data. The evaluation result shows that the algorithm and software proposed are valid and effective.
