摘    要:提出了故障处理和设备检修时配电网可恢复供电能力(简称可恢复能力)的概念。将负荷转移算法应用到可恢复能力的分析中,提出了最大停电功率和最大停电用户数两个可恢复性指标,并通过拓扑搜索统计该指标。这些可恢复性指标既可以用于衡量馈线的运行状态和可恢复供电能力的高低,也可以用于作为评价负荷转移、倒闸操作、恢复供电方案优劣的依据,还可以作为环网柜优化配置决策的依据。利用馈线关联图分析了配电网可恢复供电能力的提高,并给出了提高可恢复供电能力的网络结构变化原则。

Abstract:A concept of capability of restorable power supply and the corresponding performance indices are presented. Feeder incidence diagram is introduced to analyze the rules of network structure change and the algorithm for load transfer is used to enhance the capability of restorable power supply in distribution systems for a given duration. The performance indices, one is maximal interrupted power, and another is maximal number of interrupted customers, are computed before the operations of fault processing and apparatus maintenance. These indices can be applied in various ways: to measure the operation status of feeders, to assess the capability of power supply, to assess the effect of load transfer and switch operation, and to optimize the allocation of circuit breakers in a meshed network.
