江苏电网AVC主站系统的研究和实现

摘    要:文中提出的无功电压控制(AVC)系统主站部分基于分级电压控制结构。其中,二级电压控制通过求解一个考虑多目标的二次规划问题,将中枢母线电压控制在给定的设定值附近;三级电压控制利用以网损最小为目标的最优潮流计算,求出中枢母线电压的设定值曲线。使用符合IEC61970标准的公共信息模型(CIM)导入导出技术与当前能量管理系统(EMS)交换数据,并提出了多条措施来保证控制系统的可靠性和鲁棒性,使之在江苏电网中得到较好的应用。

Abstract:The reactive power and voltage control (AVC) system presented in this paper is based on a hierarchical control structure. The secondary voltage control module maintains the voltage profile of the pilot nodes through an algorithm solving a quadratic programming problem. The tertiary voltage control module gives the reference voltage curves of the pilot nodes by a power loss least based optimal power flow (OPF) calculation. The common information model (CIM) defined by IEC 61970, an international standard for power system control, is adopted to exchange data with the existing energy management system (EMS) in the power system control center of Jiangsu province, China. Many other measures have been done to improve the reliability and robustness of the AVC system proposed.
