DTS与SCADA/EMS容灾系统一体化设计思想

摘    要:提出了调度培训仿真系统(DTS)与SCADA/EMS容灾系统的一体化设计思想,使得DTS中的SCADA/EMS仿真子系统与在线SCADA/EMS的软件基本一致,运行于相似的硬件平台,使用相同的数据库管理系统、相同的画面管理系统及相同的网络通信管理系统,客观上为预防SCADA/EMS的运行环境遭受毁灭性破坏提供了异地备份系统,也称容灾系统。文中分析了实现DTS/SCADA/EMS一体化容灾系统的设计思想、技术难题及可行性。

Abstract:The integrated design thought of DTS and SCADA/EMS tolerance system is proposed. With the above thought, the SCADA/EMS simulation subsystem in DTS and the online SCADA/EMS running in real time condition could have similar application software, hardware platform, DBMS, graphic management system and network and communication management system. All those provide conditions for SCADA/EMS/DTS to act as the tolerance system of online SCADA/EMS in order to avoid the catastrophic destruction of the operation environment. The design idea, some key technological problems, and the feasibility of the DTS/SCADA/EMS integrated tolerance system are analyzed.
