自适应振荡闭锁判据的理论基础

摘    要:提出在电力系统振荡时,利用振荡轨迹在穿越2个灵敏度不同的动作圆时,存在时间差且振荡轨迹在内圆停留的时间与时差之间比值有限的特点,实现新的距离保护自适应振荡闭锁策略。探讨了对该判据最不利的振荡条件,并进行严格数学证明,为该判据的工程实现奠定了理论基础。

Abstract:A novel self-adaptive power swing blocking scheme is proposed based on the facts that when the apparent impedance locus passes through boundaries of two impedance circles, there must exist the finite time difference with different sensitivity and the rate between the time of the locus staying in the inside circle. For the implementation of this scheme, the worst condition for the correct action of the proposed criterion is presumed and proved.
