区域综合能源系统若干问题研究

摘    要:区域综合能源系统对提高社会能源利用效率、促进可再生能源规模化开发、提高社会基础设施利用率和能源供应安全,以及实现中国节能减排目标具有重要意义,已成为国际能源领域重要的战略研究方向。区域综合能源系统是符合国家重大战略发展需求的重要研究课题。围绕区域综合能源系统规划和运行优化这一专题,分别对区域综合能源系统的通用建模理论、综合仿真理论与方法、规划理论与方法、安全性理论与方法、运行优化与控制、效益评估与运营机制等方面问题进行了系统归纳,对各问题所涉及的国内外研究方向和现状、存在的问题分别进行了概括和分析。最后结合中国的综合能源战略和未来发展现状,对区域综合能源技术在中国的发展前景和典型应用形式需求进行了探讨。

Abstract:Integrated energy system (IES) has become an important strategic research direction in international energy field for its great significance in improving the energy efficiency, the utilization efficiency of social infrastructure and the energy supply security, as well as promoting the large-scale development of renewable energy and achieving energy conservation and emissions reduction in China. Research on IES technology is in conformity with the major national strategic needs of China. Focusing on the vital theory of planning and optimal operation of IES, six fundamental problems in the study of IES are proposed systematically, including the common modeling technology for IES, the integrated simulation of IES, the planning theory and method of IES, the security theory and method of IES, optimal operation and control of IES, benefit assessment and operational mechanisms of IES, and the status of domestic and foreign research directions involved in the scientific problems are surveyed and projected.
