摘    要:针对智能变电站数字保护领域的测试问题,提出一套自动测试平台,该平台采用分层结构和模块化思想,实现高效率的闭环自动测试。采用开放式结构,提供针对保护装置测试子模板和测试方案的二次开发系统,以应对不同种类的保护装置,方便测试系统的扩展。测试完成后,能自动形成标准格式的测试报告。该自动测试平台能显著提高继电保护测试工作的效率,实现规范、标准和高效的自动测试。

Abstract:An automatic test platform for the test problems of digital protection in a smart substation is proposed. The hierarchical structure and modularization is adopted for the platform to realize highly efficient closed-loop automatic test. With an open structure, a secondary development system for protection device test template and test scheme is provided, which can cope with different kinds of protection device and facilitate the expansion of the test system. When the test is completed, the system can automatically form the standard format of the test report. With the automatic test platform, the efficiency of relay protection testing work can significantly be improved in eventually realizing normalized, standard, and highly efficient automatic test.
