| 摘 要： | 从防止电力灾变发生的角度，阐述了进行电力灾变防治研究的必要性和迫切性。文中分析了电力系统灾变防治问题的难点和电力系统灾变防治系统研究中的特殊问题，对电力系统动态安全分析、稳定控制、恢复控制、电力系统陷患的探测和预防以及连锁性故障发生的机理和控制策略等方面的研究现状及存在问题进行了简要概述，并指出了该系统最终尖达到的目标和实现的可能性。

| Abstract: | Concerning the power system collapses happened in resent years,the necessity and urgency for the research on power systems collapse prevention system are pointed out.Several special considerations in the research of power system collapse prevention system are presented,such as cascaded outages,control mode and strategy concerning rare severe faults, needs for a power system prediction and protection system,a systematical method for the detection of power systems weak parts,and so on.The existing approaches for dynamic security analysis DSA ,stability controls and restoration control are briefly reviewed.The difficulties and possible results for this research are analyzed.The final objective of the research is also outlined. |
