基于GPS的电压互感器二次回路电压降测试方法及应用

摘    要:利用全球定位系统(GPS)产生的高精度秒脉冲信号同步电压互感器端和电能表端的2台测试设备,同时对电压互感器二次侧电压和电能表端电压进行高精度测量,然后对两端所测得的数据进行处理,从而获得电压互感器二次回路的电压降。

Abstract:The highly accurate PPS signal generated by GPS is applied to two test devices that are connected respectively to the voltage transformer secondary winding and electrical energy meter. The two test devices measure the voltage of voltage transformer secondary winding and electrical energy meter at the same time with high accuracy, then process the measured data to obtain the voltage drop of the voltage transformer secondary circuit.
