摘    要:无功功率实时电价具有丰富的系统边际成本信息,是计算电力市场下的无功功率价格的一种较好的方法。但是实时电价的缺点是对系统参数和结构变化较敏感,不易实时计算,且不能准确回收系统的投资和运行成本。文中在潮流组成分析的基础上,对联营模式的电力市场中基于综合成本分摊的无功功率价格进行了研究,提出了一种实用的计算方法。基于综合成本分摊的无功功率电价包括2个部分:无功功率的发电成本和无功功率的输电成本。以IEEE-14节点系统为例对无功功率成本电价进行了仿真计算,计算结果表明了该方法的可行性及合理性。

Abstract:The spot price of the reactive power contains rich information about the m arginal operational cost of the power system.It is a good m easure for computing the reactive power price on power m arkets.However the spot price has its inherent shortcomings of sensitive to the change of system param eters and configurations,difficult to com pute in real- tim e and the revenue obtained m ight significantly deviate from actual system cost. Based on the analysis of power flow com position and composite operational cost sharing,the reactive power price in jointly managed power system is studied and a practical com putation method,which is suitable for online and large- scale power system s is proposed in this paper. Such a reactive power price consists of two parts:the generation costand the transm ission cost.With the IEEE- 14bus system as exam ple,a simulating com putation of this reactive power cost was undertaken. The results of which verify the feasibility and reasonableness of the proposed method.
