摘    要:为有效适应交直流配电网分布式光伏和负荷不确定性波动带来的电压安全问题,提出一种计及交直流配电网电压风险感知的优化调度方案,该调度方案包含日前和日内两阶段.日前决策调度以经济性为目标制定运行计划.日内风险调度考虑分布式光伏和负荷超短期波动特性.基于超短期预测概率信息,使用结合Nataf变换的随机响应面法进行概率潮流计算,并根据概率潮流结果建立电压风险感知体系.日内以配电网电压安全运行风险最小为目标,调整日前调度方案中部分灵活迅速调控设备的运行计划.最后,通过交直流配电网混合整数二阶锥模型对调度计划进行求解,并通过算例验证了所提方案的有效性.

Abstract:In order to effectively adapt to the voltage safety problem caused by the distributed photovoltaic (PV) and the load uncertain fluctuation in AC/DC distribution networks, an optimal dispatch scheme considering the voltage risk perception of the AC/DC distribution network voltage is proposed. The dispatch scheme consists of two stages: day-ahead and intra-day stages. Day-ahead decision dispatch draws up the operation plan aiming at economy. Based on this, the intra-day risk dispatch considers the characteristics of the distributed PV and the short-term load fluctuation. On the basis of the probability information about the ultra-short-term prediction, the stochastic response surface method (SRSM) combined with Nataf transform is used to carry on the probabilistic power flow calculation, and the voltage risk perception system according to the probability power flow results is established. Aimed at minimizing the risk of safe operation of distribution network voltage, some operation plans of flexible and rapid devices in the day-ahead dispatch scheme are adjusted. Finally, the second-order mixed-integer cone model of AC/DC distribution network is used to solve the dispatch plan, and a case study is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
