电力系统设备状态监测与故障诊断技术分析

摘    要:针对我国电力系统状态监测和诊断技术研究及应用中存在的问题,对状态监测和故障诊断的任务、电力系统设备故障的特点、状态监测的实现条件及关键技术等进行了讨论和分析,对状态监测中的数据处理和分析技术进行了说明,指出“状态分类”和“处理决策”是数据分析的核心技术。介绍了国内外状态监测技术的现状和发展,指出只有国内设备管理体制改变和状态检修实施以后,状态监测的应用才会开展起来。

Abstract:The problems existing in the research and application of state monitoring and fault diagnosis in electric power systems in China are analyzed. In view of these problems, the tasks of state monitoring and fault diagnosis, the characteristics of faults in electric power systems, the execution conditions and key techniques of state monitoring are discussed. The techniques of data processing and analysis in state monitoring are also described. It is pointed out that the"state classification" and "processing decision" are crucial techniques in data analysis. On the basis of an introduction to the status and development of state monitoring at home and abroad, it is pointed out that state monitoring cannot be developed in China until after the management system is reformed and state based maintenance is implemented.
