摘    要:由于频率分辨率较低,基带FFT难以有效地分析断路器操动机构振动信号的频率结构和频谱特征,文中探讨将选带细化频谱分析技术应用于振动信号的分析。分析比较了两种常用细化方法:选带细化Zoom—FFT(ZFFT)和线性调频z变换(CZT),指出了CZT算法的优越性。算例分析表明,CZT能有效辨识断路器振动加速度信号的细微频率结构。

Abstract:Due to low frequency discrimination, FFT can't be effectively used to analyze the frequency components and spectrum characteristics of vibration signal of circuit breaker operating mechanism. Thus the application of zoom spectrum analysis to operation vibration test is presented and discussed. With a comparison between two zoom methods in common use: Zoom-FFT (ZFFT) and chirp-z transform (CZT), CZT is proved to be much better to analyze operation vibration. The simulation results show that CZT can discriminate the remote frequency characteristics of vibration signal of circuit breaker.
