摘    要:介绍了统一电能质量调节器(Unified Power Quality Conditioner,简称UPQC)的传统拓扑结构,设计并实现了基于直流隔离单元(DC Isolation,简称DCI)的新型DCI-UPQC实验样机.与UPQC传统拓扑中串联补偿侧的隔离变压器不同,DCI-UPQC直流单元各组电容之间分时控制的电气开关起到了电气隔离的作用,避免了隔离变压器带来的多种缺陷.阐述了DCI-UPQC的基本原理,给出了DCI-UPQC串联补偿单元动态电压恢复器(Dynamic Voltage Restorer,简称DVR),并联补偿单元有源滤波器(Active Power Filter,简称APF)以及DCI单元的控制策略.同时,开发了一套适用于电力电子装置的基于数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,简称DSP)和(Field Programmable Gate Array,简称FPGA)的先进数字控制平台,成功地将其应用于DCI-UPQC样机.实验结果表明,该样机在具有电压稳态和动态补偿功能的同时,亦可补偿负荷所需的无功和谐波电流,有效地验证了DCI拓扑结构和控制策略的可行性.

Abstract:This paper introduces the structure and functions of the conventional Unified Power Quality Conditioner(UPQC)briefly.Moreover,a novel single phase UPQC based on the DC Isolation(DCI) unit is proposed and implemented.Electrical switches between the capacitor groups in DC link are the key of DCI-UPQC,instead of the isolation transformers in conventional UPQC.The structure and the basic principles of the DCI-UPQC are presented.The control methods of series Active Power Filter(APF),shunt APF and DCI in the DCI-UPQC are given here.An advanced digital controller based on Digital Signal Processor(DSP) and Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA) is developed and applied in DCI-UPQC successfully.Experimental results validate the practicability of the DCI electrical topology and the control methods.
