Abstract:With the development of high-express electric multiple units,the design and application of three-level invert-er are more and more extensive.The traditional space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) method for the three-level inverter needs to estimate the sectors and calculate a lot of trigonometric functions.As a result,the calculating quantity of micro-processor is increased.Because the basic three-level space vector is a regular hexagon,the algorithm based on 60° coordinate system avoids a lot of trigonometric operations.The indirect field oriented control strategy is introduced.And a DSP-based induction motor control platform is built to verify the simple SVPWM algorithm.Experimental results show that the adopted method can omit a lot of trigonometric functions,and reduce the calculating burden of the control system.
