三电平逆变器空间电压矢量控制算法仿真研究

摘    要:分析了三电平空间电压矢量调制基本原理,提出了一种首发矢量全部采用正小矢量或负小矢量的空间矢量调制(SpaceVectorMdulation,SVM)算法,给出了小三角形区域判断规则、合成参考电压矢量的相应输出电压矢量的作用顺序和(SpaceVectorPulseWidthMdulation,SVPWM)信号的产生方法,探讨了影响三电平逆变器中点电压平衡的主要因素,并推导了各合成电压矢量的作用时间。用归一法将其他5扇区全部划归一扇区计算。仿真实验结果证实了本文提出的空间电压矢量调制算法的有效性。

Abstract:The basic principle of Space Vector Pulse Width Mdulation(SVPWM) for three-level inverter is described.A novel Space Vector Modulation(SVM) algorithm is proposed by using positive or negative small vectors as first active vector.The judging rules of the small sectors and the out voltage vector sequence are presented as well as the producing of the signals for SVPWM.The main factors for the neutral-point imbalance are discussed.Also,the dwelling time of each vector is computed.The analysis of other sectors is realized by transforming the sectors.The validity of the proposed method is demonstrated by the simulation results.
