摘    要:为了实现配电网电容电流的智能化补偿,现以电容电流的测量为切入点,在各种电容电流测量方法的基础上提出了一种新的测量方法,即扫频法;同时对调容式消弧线圈补偿接地电容电流的原理及其补偿特性进行了研究。利用PSCAD/EMTDC仿真软件对调容式自动跟踪消弧补偿系统进行了建模和仿真。实验结果表明,扫频法能准确测量对地电容电流,且系统能对单相接地故障进行智能识别,并能快速、可靠地实现单相接地时电容电流的完全补偿。

Abstract:To achieve capacitive current compensation of distribution network automaticlly,deep analysis and studies based on various methods of capacitive current calculation were carried on,and a new method of scanning frequency was put out.The principle of arc suppression coil(ASC) which inductance value was changed by switching parallel connected capaci-tors and its compensating characteristic were specified.Auto-turning ASC model was builded and simulative system was carried on in PSCAD/EMTDC.The experimental results show that the method of scanning frequce can measure the capaci-tive current accurately.The system can identify occurrence of single phase to ground fault in network and compensate ca-pacitive current effectively.
