电能质量指标及其算法的研究

摘    要:论述了国家标准规定的电力系统电能质量的各项技术指标,归纳了电能质量常用的算法,探讨了监测电能质量的必要性.设计并实现了电能质量在线监测装置,对电能质量的各项指标进行了监测.所设计的系统采用工业级的微控制器ARM9构成,同步采样速度为每周波128点,采用快速傅立叶算法(FFT)计算出63次以下各次谐波的含量,并对各项电能质量技术指标进行实时在线计算,系统还具有以太网接口,便于实现网络监测系统.最后,对所研制的电能质量监测系统进行了测试,并给出测试波形.

Abstract:In this paper,power quality of power grid is discussed refer to national standard,power quality specification and usual arithmetic are put forward.A real time on-line power quality monitoring system was designed,which based on industrial level controller ARM9.According to the designed system,128 synchronous samples was fulfilled per 20ms,FFT method was adopted to calculate the harmonic rate within 63th harmonic and the power quality specification.Interface of TCP/IP was also designed to make a web monitoring system of power quality.The testing results of the designed system show that the power quality on-line monitoring system has high performance.
