| 摘 要： | 利用双重傅里叶变换对三电平NPC逆变器的载波同相层叠和反相层叠PWM控制方法进行了分析,得出其输出电压的表达式,对两种载波层叠方式下输出电压的谐波特性进行了比较,并用FPGA和嵌入式计算机为核心控制器件构建的实验平台进行了实验验证.

| Abstract: | The output voltage equations of the three-level NPC inverter with carrier phase disposition and opposition dispo-sition PWM control methods have been derived respectively by means of dual Fourier transforms.The harmonic character-istics of the output voltages are compared objectively.An experimental device based on FPGA and embedded computer is constructed in laboratory.The experimental results verify the exactness of theoretics analysis. |
