高频椭圆振动切削加工用超声电源的研制

摘    要:介绍了一种单片机控制高频椭圆振动切削加工用超声电源的设计,其工作频率为20 kHz~1 MHz。该超声电源采用基于直接数字频率合成(DDS)技术设计信号源,信号频率和相位连续可调,波谱纯净,分辨率高,可同时输出双路具有死角调整控制功能的方波互补信号和幅值可调的正弦信号。功率输出级采用全桥开关型放大电路,增加了驱动缓冲级,实现高频大功率输出。电源具有自动寻找工作点和自动频率跟踪功能,可满足高频椭圆振动加工应用的需要。

Abstract:This paper introduces a design of 20 kHz~1 MHz power supply for high frequency ultrasonic elliptical vibration cutting device.This power supply was based on Direct Digital-frequence Synthesis(DDS) technology and possesses the advantges of pure spectrum,frequency/phase programmable,amplitude adjustable,high output tuning resolution,analog output stable sine wave and complementary square wave with dead time control.A full-bridge switch mode power amplifier was used in the power stage and a buffer booster was added in the drive stage,which ensured the output of high frequency and high power.The auto resonant control of this power supply was also achieved by monitoring the working current.
