PFC控制器ICE1PCS01在超声波电源中的应用

摘    要:提出一种具有功率因数校正(PFC)的无相差频率跟踪控制清洗设备用超声波电源.采用新型的连续导通模式(CCM)PFC控制器ICE1PCS01,实现了对网侧的PFC控制,具有电路结构简洁、控制调整方便等优点.应用CD4046锁相环控制实现对换能器谐振频率的无相差频率跟踪控制,获得了接近于1的负载输出功率因数,解决了因换能器参数漂移等导致的输出功率不稳定等问题.论文给出了详细的设计电路和试验结果.

Abstract:An ultrasonic power supply for cleaning equipments with power factor correction(PFC) and non-phase-difference frequency tracing technology is developed.ICE1PCS01,the novel continuous conduction mode(CCM) PFC controller,is used for PFC controlling with the considerable merits of succinct circuit structure and easy to adjust control parameters.CD4046 is used in the design of phase-lock control for non-phase-difference frequency tracing the resonance frequency of ultrasonic transducer.The instability of output power resulted from the parameter excursion of ultrasonic transducer was solved,PF=1 can be obtained.The design circuits and the experiment results are showed and ananalyzed in this paper.
