摘    要:为了扩大电力电子装置的输出容量,可以对IGBT器件或者电力电子线路进行并联。前者在对功率密度、性价比要求较高的环境,如电动汽车、舰船和飞机上更为实用。在回顾前人对绝缘栅双极晶体管(InsulatedGateBipolarTransistorI,GBT)并联技术研究的基础上,解释了正温度系数IGBT适合并联的原因,总结了并联使用时的基本原则,然后提出了并联使用时的通用性评价指标。在此基础上,将电力电子积木(PowerElectronicsBuildingBlock,PEBB)的设计理念应用在IGBT模块并联中,构建了一个输出电流可以达到1.2kA,容量为1.4MW的PEBB模块。试验证明,提出的并联评价指标具有很强的可操作性,设计的PEBB模块也具有很强的实用性和很高的性价比。

Abstract:To enlarge output power of power electronic system based on Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor(IGBT),a number of IGBT modules or power electronic circuits can be paralleled.The former is more attractive in electrical vehicle,ship and airplane,in which power density,quality and price are very sensitive.This paper first reviews the former study and explains why the Non Punch-Through Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor(NPT IGBT) is fit for parallel operation,then gives the principle of IGBT parallel operation.A new evaluation plan is given and a Power Electronic Building Block(PEBB) based on IGBTs parallel is designed.The detailed experimental results are present,which show the PEBB module is practical and the new evaluation is valid.
