摘    要:研究设计了一种基于模糊逻辑的控制器,用于静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)在稳态和暂态下的控制。该控制器由主控制器和辅助控制器构成,主控制器用于调节交流侧电压,辅助控制器用于控制直流侧电容的电压。仿真研究和实验结果表明,在发生短路和带有冲击性负荷时,STATCOM能很好地改善电网的暂态稳定性。

Abstract:This paper investigates the fuzzy controller for controlling a static compensator (STATCOM) at steady and transient states.The fuzzy controller is composed of main and supplementary controllers.The main controller is used for regulating the AC bus voltage and the supplementary controller is designed for controlling the DC capacitor voltage.The simulative study and experiment result demonstrate that the STATCOM considerably improves the transient stability of power system while fault occurring and load changing.
