半桥LLC谐振变换器效率优化方案的研究

摘    要:半桥LLC谐振变换器因谐振电流和变压器次级输出电流太大,会导致开关损耗和导通损耗过大.针这一问题,提出了优化设计变压器励磁电感Lm来降低谐振电流和变压器次级输出电流有效值的方案.介绍了谐振频率工作电路和宽范围输出工作电路的设计方案,并给出了输出直流电压为45~60V的变换器在输出直流电压为50V,输出负载功率为1.5kW时的实验结果.

Abstract:Aim at switching loss and conduction loss caused by resonant current and secondary output current,a scheme is proposed to reduce the resonant current RMS and secondary output current by optimizing LnrAn optimal design method is also proposed for converter operating at resonant frequency and wide output voltage rang.The experimental results of 45-60V output voltage rang converter with 50V output voltage and 1.SkW output load are presented.
