全桥逆变器高频功率变压器偏磁问题研究

摘    要:分析了全桥逆变器功率变压器产生直流偏磁的机理;在对现有抗偏磁措施进行比较的基础上,提出了一种基于UC3879的移相全桥逆变器直流偏磁抑制措施。该措施采用电流控制模式,在不影响软开关实现的前提下,抑制偏磁的极限值跟随输出功率的改变而改变,实现变换器在全负载范围内对偏磁的抑制。实验表明,该措施能很好地消除变压器的偏磁问题。

Abstract:The cause of the DC bias of the main transformer in the full bridge inverter has been analyzed.After comparison of the conventional methods to eliminate the DC bias,a novel method of eliminating the DC bias in the full bridge inverter based on UC3879 has been proposed.This method adopts current control mode.On the premise of that the realization of the ZVS is not affected,the limit value of DC bias can be altered with the changes of output power.So the DC bias of the main transformer can be eliminated from light load to full load.The experiment results indicate that this method can eliminate the DC bias properly.
