基于载波移相SPWM级联式变换器输出谐波分析

摘    要:为了分析不同调制方式及不同级联数目多电平变换器的输出谐波电压分布规律,并为滤波器的设计提供参考,在充分考虑奇偶级联数目、调制移相角度和调制比对输出波形影响的基础上,分别以3,5,6,7,10个H桥级联的谐波输出情况为例,通过大量的仿真,采用对比分析的方法得出了基于载波移相SPWM级联式静止串联同步补偿器(Static Serial Synchro Compensator,SSSC)输出电压谐波的具体分布规律,并给出了等效载波频率的明确定义方法,通过双重Fourier级数理论分析验证了文中的结论。

Abstract:In order to analyze the allocation regulation of output voltage harmonic for cascaded multi-level converter, lots of simulations have been done.Furthermore,the cascaded number,carrier-shifted angle and modulation index are sufficiently considered.Under the cases of 3,5,6,7,10 cascaded H-bridges,the detail regulations of output voltage spectrum for cascaded multi-level Static Serial Synchro Compensation (SSSC) based on carrier-shifted Sinus Pulse width Modulation (SPWM) are obtained.Moreover,the definition of distinct equivalent carrier frequency is derived.Conclusions are validated by Double Fourier Series and can be applied into filter design.
