大功率同步电机直接转矩控制系统

摘    要:针对大型煤矿主井提升同步电机变频调速系统中大功率同步电机的直接转矩控制(DirectTorqueControl,简称DTC)系统进行了深入研究;并对其实际系统进行了性能测试。测试结果表明,该系统性能良好,提升效率明显高于同类型设备,能耗大幅度下降。本研究为较好地消化吸收国外先进的变频调速技术,也为我国新建矿井的提升电控系统以及电控系统的国产化提供了理论和技术支持。

Abstract:In view of the synchronous motor variable-frequency adjustable-speed system of large-scale coal mine hoist equipment,this thesis conductes the thorough research to the direct torque control system of high power synchronous ma-chine,and carries on the performance test to the actual system.The test result expressed this system performance is excel-lent;the lifting efficiency obviously is higher than the same type equipment,and the energy consumption drops large scale.In order to digest and assimilate advanced variable-frequency adjustable-speed technology of import equipment better,the paper provides the theory and the technical support for new built mine hoist electrical control system as well as its do-mestic manufacture.
