| 摘 要： | 为解决传统的ZVZCS PWM DC/DC变换器滞后桥臂零电压开通范围较小、环流损耗大的问题,提出一种初级串联双变压器,滞后桥臂带辅助网络,次级接倍压电路的新型ZVZCS移相全桥变换器。该变换器能在较宽的负载范围内实现滞后桥臂的零电压开通,重载下实现零电流开通,从而极大地降低了高频电路初级开关损耗和次级电磁干扰问题。着重分析了稳态下辅助网络的工作原理及辅助网络关键参数的选取,最后通过实验证明了该变换器的可行性及辅助网络的作用。

| Abstract: | In order to rectify the disadvantages of traditional ZVZCS PWM DC/DC converter,this paper presents a new ZVZCS phase-shifted full-bridge PWM converter using two-transformer and a simple auxiliary circuit and the output-voltage-doubler,and analyses the principle of the the auxiliary circuit.Furthermore,a reasonable design of the method is brought out based on above analysis.Finally,this converter is verified by the experimental results. |
