通用组合逆变器拓扑结构及调制策略研究

本文在已有的多电平逆变器基本拓扑结构基础上，提出了一种通用的混合逆变器拓扑结构，并对两种等压比的混合拓扑结构在调制策略上进行了拓展并分别做了载波移相、空间矢量移相PWM的仿真研究以及空间矢量移相PWM调制策略在级联H桥逆变器中的实验研究。数学推导、仿真及实验结果均证明，采用移相调制策略得到的混合逆变器的输出电压具有输出波形质量较好，低次谐波畸变率低等优点。对多电平逆变器在实际中的应用有一定的指导意义。

Research on Universal Hybrid Inverter Topology and Modulation Methods

This paper introduces a universal hybrid inverter topology based on existed multi-level inverter topology, and enlarges modulation methods.The simulation of carrier-shifted and space vector shifted PWM modulation have been carried out in two kinds of equivalent voltage hybrid topology.The experiment about the application of space vector shifted PWM modulation methods in multi-level cascaded H bridge inverter is also carried out.The fact that the output voltages of hybrid inverter using phase shifting have the advantages of good wave quality and low ripple aberration proved by math formulas,simulative and experimental results.All of the merits has the directive meaning to the multi-level inverter in practical application.
