| 摘 要： | 为了使可再生能源发出的电能符合并网要求,研制了高性能的并网变流器.该1 MW并刚变流器采用双重化结构.功率和电流都采用闭环控制策略,以达到高质量并网的目的.详细介绍了系统构成及其工作原理,并对并网变流器的控制策略和控制电路进行研究,讨论了驱动和保护电路.在此基础上,研制了一台1 MW/380V并网变流器样机,进行了相应的实验研究.实验结果表明,所研制的并网变流器能够实现恒定功率和单位功率因数并网运行,注入电网的电流为正弦波,系统具有优良的并网特性.
