谐振复位正激同步整流电路的研究

摘    要:提出了同步整流效率的相关计算方法,并在分析次级同步整流特点的基础上做了大量相关实验.总结}}{谐振电容对效率的影响程度和应用电荷保持法的同步整流驱动方式对效率的提升程度.实验表明,提{I的同步整流拓扑以较少的器件实现了效率的进一步提升.

Abstract:The calculation about the efficiency related to synchronous rectification(SR) is presented,sums up the effects of resonant capacitance and driving ways for synchronous rectification to efficiency,bases on the lots of experiments accord-ing to the characteristic of SR circuit.The experimental results verify that the circuit adopts fewer components and fulfills the efficiency improvement greatly.
