摘    要:为抑制PFC母线低频电压纹波、提高PFC的动态性能并优化其设计,给出了一种结合单周控制实现移相全桥数字化ZVS的发波策略、控制算法和环路控制器设计。分析了实现该控制算法和发波策略的难点、设计流程及环路稳定性。实验结果表明,该变换器抑制扰动能力强,变换效率高,输出电压纹波小,且在不同负载下均能实现ZVS。

Abstract:To restrain the low frequency voltage ripples of the PFC bus,improve the dynamic performance of PFC and optimize the PFC design associating with one-cycle control achieving digital zero voltage switching of phase shift full bridge,the strategies of generating PWM,control algorithm and loop controller and system's stability were proposed.Difficulties to realize strategy of PWM and control algorithm,procedure of design and system's stability were analyzed.The experimental results demonstrate that the converter has the advantages,such as excellent performance in perturbation rejection,high conversion efficiency,low output voltage ripple and realizing ZVS switching under the different loads.
