摘    要:给出了一种新型单相航空静止变流器;分析了它的工作原理和特性.该静止变流器的前级采用推挽正激式变换器;后级采用双降压式逆变器.根据电路拓扑的特点,对功率MOSFET和功率二极管进行了优化设计,使两级变换器均达到了较高的效率.另外,还对两级变换器的驱动电路进行了优化设计,从而保证了系统实现高效率.给出的500VA航空静止变流器的实验波形和测试结果进一步证明了分析与设计的有效性.

Abstract:A novel two-stage structure of single-phase aeronautical static inverter(ASI) is present.The first stage is push pull forward converter,and the second stage is a dual Buck inverter(DBI).The basic operation principles and char-acteristics are first given.Then,power mosfets and power diodes are in the optimized to reduce power loss.Moreover,the driving circuits for two stages are also optimized for higher overall efficiency.Finally,the experiment results of a 500VA ASI prototype is given to prove the validity of the analysis and the design in this paper.
