串并联谐振倍压变换器原理分析、建模及仿真

摘    要:针对串联谐振和并联谐振直流环节存在的谐振峰值电压过高和谐振峰值电流过大的缺点,以及对高电压小电流的要求,提出了串并联谐振倍压变换器拓扑的概念。文中分析了该变换器的工作原理,建立了系统数学模型,给出了该变换器的输出特性。仿真和实验结果证明了新型变换器原理和理论分析的正确性。

Abstract:In order to overcome the disadvantages of high peak voltage and high peak current stresses on the switching devices of the resonant DC link inverter and the resonant DC parallel inverter and to fulfil the requirement of high voltage and little current,a series-parallel resonant dual voltage converter with zero-voltage switching is proposed in this paper.A detail anaylsis of its operating principle is presented.The mathematical model of the new type converter was derived.The output characteristic of the converter is given.In the end,the computer simulation and experimental results show that the pinciple of the converter system is correct.
