ZVS全桥变换器高频振荡抑制方法研究

摘    要:分析了零电压开关全桥变换器(ZVS-FB)在高压输出下,其主开关器件及高频脉冲变压器次级高频振荡的产生机理,研究了软开关谐振元件和变压器次级整流桥中二极管反向恢复特性对振荡频率及幅度的影响.提出在变压器初级加反并联箝位二极管以及次级加有源箝位电路以抑制高频振荡.从理论上详细分析了其工作原理,得出了谐振元件及各寄生参数与高频振荡之间的关系.实验证明,该方法可有效抑制高压输出下ZVS-FB变压器初、次级的高频振荡及电压尖峰.

Abstract:The mechanism of the high-frequency oscillation is analyzed,which always occur on the secondary of high-frequency pulse transformer and power devices under high-voltage output conditions in zero-voltage switch full-bridge converter(ZVS-FB).It is studied how the oscillation frequency and amplitude are influenced by soft-switching resonant components and the reverse recovery characteristics of rectifier diodes in secondary side of transformer.To suppress the high-frequency oscillation,a novel method is propos...
