DC/DC变换器快速动态响应分析

摘    要:下一代微处理器及其数字信号处理工作速度越来越快,因此对其电源的低输出电压和动态响应提出了更高要求.本文以Buck同步整流电路为例分析了影响系统动态响应的滤波装置和控制电路的特点;设计了Buck同步整流电路并研制出了样机.最后给出的实验结果证明,系统从半载到满载和从满载到半载的跳变再到输出稳定的时间不到40 μs,满足了快速动态响应要求.

Abstract:The low output voltage and fast transient response are required in next generation of the DC/DC power supply due to the faster and faster operation speed of the microprocessor and DSPs.The characteristics of the output filter and control loop are analyzed in this article.Finally the synchronous rectifying(SR) Buck prototype is built up,and the experimental waveform showed that the converter takes no more than 40ns to come back to the stability,when the output current rises from half of load to full load or drops from full load to half of load,so the experimental result proved that the prototype has a good speciality of transient response.
