| 摘 要： | 分析了ＩＧＢＴ脉冲电源的工作原理。设计了两套运行参数分别为１ｋＶ／４２０Ａ／３００ｎｓ／６００Ｗ和６ｋＶ／３２Ａ／５００Ｗ的ＩＧＢＴ脉冲电源装置，给出了实验结果。

| Abstract: | Analysis of the principle of an IGBT pulse power supply is given.Two prototypes of 1kV/420A/300ns/600W and 6kV/32A/500ns/500W palsed power supplies are developed in our lab. The experimental results show the correctness of the design. |
