反激式准谐振开关电源工作频率确定及电源研制

摘    要:采用ONSEMI公司的NCP12系列芯片制成了准谐振(QR)零电压切换(ZVS)电源。介绍了用准谐振技术使反激式开关电源获得的零电压切换效果,详细讨论了该电源工作频率的确定方法,给出了所研制电源的电路及其工作波形。由电路波形及测量数据看出,改进后的电路开关损耗显著降低,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:The authors developed a Quasi-Resonant(QR) Zero-Voltage Switching (ZVS) power supply with the con-trol chip of serie NCP12 manufactured by ONSEMI.The ZVS effect of flyback swiching power supply using quasi-resonant technology is presented,and a method for determing the operation frequency of Quasi-Resonant Power Supply is discussed.The circuit and its operating waves of this power supply are given.The experimental waves and the measured datas show that the switching losses of the power supply are decreased significantly and a perfect result is obtained.
