串联谐振逆变器的最优ZVS控制

摘    要:分析了串联谐振逆变器采用不同控制策略时的开关过程,通过理论分析得出了器件的最优开关时刻与吸收电容、触发脉冲死区宽度及负载之间的非线性关系,进而得出了使器件工作于零电压开关(ZeroVoltageSwitching,ZVS)条件时的逆变最优控制策略。设计了环内固定延时和环外动态延时来完成ZVS控制的逆变锁相电路,克服了传统的环内固定延时补偿的逆变锁相电路的缺点,仿真和试验结果验证了本文结论的正确性和可实现性。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the switching processes of series-resonant inverter under different control schemes,and gets the nonlinear relations between optimized switching time point,snubber capacitance,dead time and load conditions.The optimized control which makes the power electronic devices realizing Zero Voltage Switching(ZVS) is also implemented based on the analysis.Simulation and experiment proved that the phase-locked inverter circuit realized through constant and dynamic time compensation overcomes the disadvantages of traditional inverter control circuit.
