功率变流器中磁性元件损耗的影响因素

摘    要:磁性元件是功率变流器的重要组成部分,为了更好地发挥磁性元件的作用,提高功率变流器的转换效率,必须深入了解磁性元件的损耗问题.在此从电路运行条件,即开关频率、激励波形、占空比、直流偏置,以及磁路运行条件,即磁感应强度、磁芯封装大小、气隙边缘效应两个方面对磁性元件损耗,包括磁损和铜损的影响进行了回顾和分析,指出了当前研究中存在的问题及今后应开展的工作.

Abstract:Magnetic components are one of the most important parts in power converter systems.In order to fully exploit the per-formance of magnetic components and improve the power conversion efficiency of converters,it is necessary to pay attention to the loss issues related with magnetic components.This paper presents a comprehensive review towards the loss issues including core loss and copper loss of magnetic components for power converters.The influences of two major factors,i.e.electrical circuit operation con-ditions and magnetic circuit operation conditions,on losses of magnetic components are reviewed and analyzed respectively.
