摘    要:鉴于光伏并网系统非计划孤岛会给电网带来严重的安全隐患,这里提出一种新的孤岛检测方法.基于此方法的孤岛检测装置安装在并网母线处,通过检测并网断路器上的电压和电流信号判断是否发生了孤岛.当检测出孤岛发生后,便向供电部门上报孤岛情况,以便及时制定出应对措施,减少孤岛带来的危害.

Abstract:Due to the serous security risks of the photovoltaic grid-connected non-planed islanding to grid,a novel is-landing detection method is proposed.The device based on this method can be installed at the grid-connected bus.Is-landing can be judged by checking the voltage across the grid-connected breaker and the current.When islanding case is detected by the device,it is reported to power supply department to reduce the harms caused by islanding case.
