摘    要:反孤岛保护是光伏并网发电系统的主要特性指标。这里结合周期性扰动的正反馈有源频率扰动(AFDPF)法和2N周期电流扰动法的优点,提出一种新型AFDPF孤岛检测法。该方法通过检测电流频率扰动后输出端电压频率的变化来判断扰动效果,实现了孤岛保护。基于PSIM和Matlab软件平台对孤岛保护效果进行仿真,而后在6 kW的并网逆变器实验平台进行验证。仿真和样机实验结果表明,该方法可快速检测出孤岛状态。

Abstract:Anti-islanding protection is a mandatory feature for grid-connected photovoltaic system.A improved active frequency drift with positive feedback(AFDPF) method is proposed,combining the advantages of AFDPF with periodic disturbance and current-disturbing method in the 2N period.In this method,the direction of perturbation is deter-mined by the frequency of output voltage after the disturbance of frequency of output current,achieves the islanding protection.Simulation programs for the control schemes are verified in PSIM and Matlab software initially to see the effect of the control method.Afterwards,it is verified in a 6 kW inverter.Results show that the proposed method pro-cess such advantages as fast response.
