混合式步进电动机宽调速范围矢量控制策略

摘    要:混合式步进电动机(HSM)在工业领域中应用广泛,其同步电频率已达1 kHz以上。受数字控制系统的采样频率限制,当电机高速运行时,采样频率与同步频率之比很小,导致电流控制环不能正常工作,限制了电机运行速度的提高及负载能力的提升。这里针对HSM矢量控制系统提出一种电流预测及其控制方案;为进一步拓展电机速度运行范围,这里还研究了弱磁控制策略。实验结果表明电机速度运行范围宽广,动态响应迅速。

Abstract:Hybrid stepping motors(HSM) are widely applied in industry,in which the synchronous frequency increases above 1 kHz.However,the sampling frequency is limited due to the system cost and efficiency in digital control in-verter.The current loop can not work normally when the rotational speed of motor is very high and the ratio of sam-pling frequency to synchronous frequency is very low,which limit the rotational speed and the load ability.So a pre-dictive control of current loop in vector control(VC) system of HSM is investigated and a weakening field control for VC-HSM is researched in order to increase the range of rotational speed.The experimental results show that VC-HSM has wider range of rotational speed and quick dynamic response speed.
