电力需求侧管理及其对负荷预测的影响

介绍美国１９８５～１９９２年电力需求侧管理（ＤＳＭ）（着重是负荷控制技术和蓄能技术措施）实施的概况、方法，取得的效果和发展趋势；阐述我国实施电力需求侧管理的必要性及可行性问题，指出电力需求侧管理对负荷预测的影响，提出对现有预测方法修正意见。

UTILITY DEMAND-SIDE MANAGEMENT AND ITS INFLUENCES ON THE DEMAND FORECASTING

The U. S. 1985 to 1992 DSM including the survey, methodology, resulting effects and trend of development (mainly on the technique of demand control and energy storage) is introduced. The necessity and feasibility to carry the DSM out in China is expounded and the possible influence of implementing DSM on the demand forecasting are also pointed out, and a method of amendment for this influence is put forward.
