| 摘 要： | 以北京清河变电站为研究对象，根据变电站各设备的位置、作用、运行方式及编写工作许可票规程经验，提出了模板信息流入法。并以此方法采用智能语言ＴｒｕｂｏＰｒｏｌｏｇ开发出了变电站工作许可票专家系统。

| Abstract: | The expert system of the working-permission-ticket for the Qinghe substationof Beijing was studied. According to the location, function and operation mode of eachequipment in the substation as well as the rules and experiences of writing the workingpermission-ticket, a method for putting the informations into models was proposed. Usingthis method, the expert system of working-permission-ticket for substations was developedwith the Turbo Prolog intelligent computer language programming. |
