无死区控制在并联型有源电力滤波器中的应用

摘    要:有源电力滤波器是一种新型的谐波及无功动态补偿装置。并联型有源电力滤波器主电路中功率开关管死区的存在对其补偿性能产生消极影响。根据双极性调制模式下单相并联型有源电力滤波器主电路的工作过程分析了死区效应对补偿性能的影响机理。讨论了无死区控制的可行性,提出将无死区控制应用到有源电力滤波器中,设计了无死区控制逻辑电路,从而避免死区电路的设计,在不增加成本的同时消除了死区效应对有源电力滤波器补偿性能的影响,并一定程度上延长了开关管的寿命,实验结果证明了所提方法的有效性。无死区控制策略可以推广到三相APF系统以及单极调制模式下的APF装置中,对今后APF的深入研究有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The active power filter is a new type of device to compensate harmonics and reactive power effectively.The dead-time of the power switches in the main circuit of a shunt Active Power Filter degrades the APF's compensation performance.This paper analyzes how the dead-time effects influence the compensation performance of a single-phase shunt Active Power Filter under bipolar modulation and discusses the feasibility of no dead-time control and its application in the Active Power Filter.A logic circuit based on the no dead-time control is also designed.By using the no dead-time control in an APF,the design of a dead-time circuit is avoided and the compensation performance can be improved without increasing the cost and the longevity of the switches can be expanded to a certain extent.Some experimental results have convinced the validity of the proposed ideas.Furthermore,it is suggested that the no dead-time control may be applicable in a three-phase APF system and an APF equipment under unipolar modulation.
