摘    要:国际电工委员会(IEC)提出的IEC61970系列标准中的公共信息模型(CIM),作为一种通用的标准,正在逐渐被各电力部门所接受。静态安全分析作为EMS/DMS的重要组成部分,是调度员监视、分析和控制系统,保证电网安全经济运行的重要工具。本文在对公共信息模型研究的基础上,根据CIM规定的语法和语义,对CIM进行了扩展,设计了预想故障集特有的类,并提出了一个基于CIM通用的静态安全分析软件。设计方案中的类定义参照CIM中Core Package、Domain Package和Wires Package对对象属性和对象间关系的定义,并使用UML(Unified ModelingLanguage)建模。按照本文所述方法开发的静态安全分析软件具有较强的通用性和规范性,可以灵活地应用于EMS/DMS中。仿真算例表明了该方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:The common information model(CIM) as a part of IEC61970 standard proposed by IEC has been accepting(by many) power companies.The static security analysis as an important part of EMS/DMS is an important tool for schedulers to monitor,analyze and control the power systems to ensure a secure and economical operation.This paper presents an extension of CIM to include a unique class representing the anticipated fault set and develops a software package for static security analysis based on CIM. In the design scheme of this software package,classes are defined in similar ways in which the attributes of objects and relationships between objects are defined in the Core Package,Domain Package and Wires Package in CIM,and the UML(Unified Modeling Language) is used to present the model.The static security analysis software developed using the presented method is more versatile and standardized,and can be applied to EMS/DMS with great flexibility.The simulation results show that the proposed method is feasible and effective.
