风电并网后对华北电网调峰的影响

摘    要:风电并入电网给系统的调峰带来很大影响,风电特有的随机性、波动性等特性影响着系统的稳定运行。文章针对风电并网后对电网调峰的影响问题,以华北电网的实测数据为分析对象,直观显示了风电出力在不同时段的波动特性。对比分析了风电的月、日出力特性与华北电网的负荷特性之间的关系,讨论了风电并网后对华北电网调峰的影响,得到了风力发电给电网调峰带来负面影响的关键月份。论文成果对于风电并网参与调峰提供了参考。

Abstract:The integration of wind farms into power grid will bring much impact on peak load regulation and such characteristics as randomness and fluctuation have influence on the stability of system operation.In this paper,the fluctuation characteristics of wind power output in different period are directly displayed with the real measured data of North China Power Grid.Then the relationship between month and day wind power output characteristics of wind power and load characteristics of the North China Power Grid is analyzed,and the impact of grid-connected wind farm on peak regulation of North China Power Grid is discussed,through which the critical months of the negative effect caused by grid peak regulation in system with wind power generation are obtained.The work in this paper provides reference for peak regulation with grid-connected wind power generations.
